Preparing my inquiry

I am currently getting consent forms for my participants ready to begin my inquiry.
I will observe them over the next 3 weeks in how they teach dance lessons as well as interviewing them on how they use their practice to overcome certain obstacles in a class so that the teaching environment is one of learning, safety and fun for anyone who chooses to join- no matter what social, mental or physical restrictions that might get in the way. I am not there to judge these participants on how they convey their practice I am merely seeing it from a different perspective than my own.
I expect because of the ages of my participants are between 30 and 70, certain ideas and practices may be very different to mine in my practice as I grew up in a very different and ever changing generation.
I am a teacher who believes dance is for everyone and no matter what restrictions are in place, I can adapt and be aware of them and improve my teaching to fit the many not the few. Whereas some other teachers might have been brought up in era where things were done in a highly traditional way, which is just who they are what they been taught- adapting might not be something they particularly want to do or would be happy to do. Every teacher is different and I am excited to explore this idea.
